Distribution Center Location: 7770 Kensington Ct., Brighton, MI 48116
Compensation: Starting at $20.29 per hour, with additional opportunities for pay increases within your first year. Earn more per hour based on speed and efficiency.

Work Schedule: Days to be determined; shifts begin at 6 AM and continue until completion of tasks.

At Gordon Food Service, we take pride in our commitment to delivering seamless order processing and prompt delivery to our customers. Our warehouse staff plays a crucial role in our success. This position will require you to be on your feet for extended periods, lift weights of up to 100 pounds, and work in cold environments; however, no prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training through our dedicated training team. Selecting requires hard work, and we value your performance by offering a starting wage that increases based on production and efficiency—many of our selectors earn, on average, 122% of their base salary.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Willingness to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required–holidays are critical for our customers!
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures due to the presence of frozen products.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English to interpret labels, pick lists, scanners, and other essential materials.
  • Successful completion of a drug test and background check.
