As a valued caregiver, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Engaging in conversation and companionship
  • Preparing meals
  • Performing light housekeeping duties
  • Providing errand services and grocery shopping
  • Assisting with laundry
  • Facilitating recreational activities
  • Offering support for bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Delivering specialized Alzheimer’s care
  • Assisting with mobility, transferring, and positioning
  • Reminding clients to take their medications

Work Schedule:
You have flexible options to choose from:
Option 1: Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Option 2: Wednesday: 3 PM – 6:30 PM; Sunday: 9 AM – 12:30 PM
(You may select your availability for all or a few of these shifts.)

Job Requirements:

  • Applicants must be female.
  • Must be 20 years of age or older.
  • Valid identification and Social Security card are required.
  • A clear background check is mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Willingness to work in the South Haven area is required.
  • Prior experience in senior care—either professional or family caregiving—is necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25 pounds and to perform activities involving kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, and carrying.
