Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Night Audit

Company: Fairfield Inn & Suites Hilliard West Columbus

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a “Hotel Front Desk Night Audit” position in Columbus, OH, is generally below the industry standard for this role. As of 2023, the average hourly wage for hotel front desk staff in Columbus typically ranges from $15 to $20, depending on factors such as experience, the size of the establishment, and the specific responsibilities involved. While entry-level positions may start at lower rates, a pay of $14 might struggle to attract and retain qualified candidates, particularly in a competitive job market where cost of living and wage expectations continue to rise. Therefore, it may be beneficial for employers to reassess this rate to align more closely with market conditions and attract talent effectively.
