Role Summary
The Team Member plays a crucial role in enhancing the member experience by delivering an exceptional level of customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Manage all front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with a diverse range of inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system.
    • Processing new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating necessary updates to members’ accounts.
    • Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and overall organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy is essential.
  • A genuine passion for fitness and health.
  • A positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Punctuality and reliability are critical.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage positively and professionally with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Strong listening skills, capable of empathizing and problem-solving effectively.
  • Demonstrates diplomacy in all interactions while adhering to appropriate behavior and communication standards.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
