Job Title: Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Company: Cardinal Health

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $19.9 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly wage of $19.90 for a Warehouse Associate on the 1st Shift in Columbus, OH, is somewhat competitive but slightly below the average for similar roles in the region. Industry standards for warehouse positions often range from $15 to $22 per hour, with averages closer to $20 to $21 per hour depending on factors such as experience, company size, and specific job duties. While $19.90 aligns well with entry-level positions, it may not attract candidates with more experience or specialized skills. Overall, this rate could be perceived as fair, especially for entry-level roles, but may need to be adjusted to remain attractive in a competitive labor market.
