Role: Sales and Marketing Manager
Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will oversee the quality and success of the sales, customer service, and front desk operations at Goldfish Swim School. This includes management of sales functions, retail operations, vending services, and workplace employee activities. Given the rapid growth of our organization, there are numerous advancement opportunities available for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and constructive feedback to Front Desk Representatives.
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure adherence to Goldfish Swim School’s standard operating procedures.
- Manage Front Desk staff to promote high productivity, exceptional performance, and employee satisfaction.
- Train Front Desk staff to deliver superior customer service, proficiently utilize iClassPro software, and effectively manage Point of Sale systems and promotional items.
- Deliver sales and marketing training to qualified sales personnel.
- Attain a strong understanding of the iClassPro software to ensure competence in bookings, class scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
- Conduct front desk-oriented training for all new hires.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- Organize and facilitate monthly workshops for front desk employees.
- Collaborate with the Owner and Managers to establish sales incentives for front desk employees, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work effectively with children
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Certifications:
- Willingness to undergo training as a swim instructor—training will be provided.
- Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications are required and can be obtained through Goldfish.
