Job description:
It is the primary responsibility of the Sushi Chef to consistently and effectively prepare the highest quality sushi plates and rolls. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
– Perform sushi preparation according to established recipes or guidelines, efficiently executing intricate and visually appealing sushi plates and rolls.
– Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure that safety and sanitation protocols are adhered to, meeting federal, state, local, and Kona Grill standards.

Job Requirements:
– A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience working as a sushi chef.
– Proven customer service experience.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
– Capability to stand and maintain steady mobility for up to 8 hours while fostering a fun and positive atmosphere.
– Proficiency in handling multiple tasks effectively and establishing priorities.
