The Trash Collection/Groundskeeper position at Moreland Courts Condominium Association, Inc. (MCCA) plays a vital role in supporting our community residents. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the systematic removal of trash from all back hall collection areas within Moreland Courts, conducted Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM.

The Groundskeeper will also initiate an early morning sweep of the entire property to gather litter and other discarded items, focusing on both the Shaker Blvd side and the Back Line of the property. After collecting trash from all buildings and disposing of it in the garage dumpsters, the Groundskeeper is expected to conduct a follow-up sweep of the property, including all back halls and stairways, to identify any construction debris, dust, spills, or other soiling. Any conditions that require attention will be reported to housekeeping and/or maintenance.

During the winter months, the Groundskeeper will be an integral part of the Snow Team responsible for the timely removal of snow from MCCA property.
