Key Responsibilities of the Sales Associate position:
– Warmly greet every guest who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
– Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals during introductory consultations
– Manage inbound telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer service communications at the front desk
– Conduct studio tours for walk-ins and first-time guests
– Collaborate with the fitness team to facilitate prospective clients’ first Orangetheory workout experiences
– Achieve monthly membership sales goals to contribute to the studio’s success
– Onboard new members by completing Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements
– Follow up with prospective clients via email and phone to maintain engagement
– Address member requests and concerns professionally and objectively, striving for effective resolutions
– Actively participate in Orangetheory classes and contribute to marketing and outreach events
– Maintain studio cleanliness and organization by adhering to established daily cleaning protocols
