Job Description
Job Title: Home Heath Aide
Company: ComForCare
Location: Benton Harbor, MI
Pay: $13.35 – 15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $13.35 to $15 for a Home Health Aide in Benton Harbor, MI, is somewhat competitive but generally falls below the national average for similar positions. As of 2023, home health aides in the United States earn an average hourly wage between $14 and $18, depending on experience, certifications, and regional demand. While the pay in Benton Harbor may reflect local cost-of-living factors, it may not attract skilled applicants compared to higher-paying areas. Overall, while the offered rate is within a reasonable range for entry-level positions, it may struggle to compete in attracting talent, particularly with an increasing demand for quality care professionals.
