Job Title: Bartender|Part-Time| Sharonville Convention Center

Company: Spectra Experiences

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $15 – 16 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $16 for a part-time bartender position at the Sharonville Convention Center in Cincinnati, OH, is generally considered competitive, albeit on the lower end, when compared to industry standards. As of 2023, bartenders in Cincinnati typically earn between $12 and $20 per hour, with higher wages often seen in more upscale establishments or for those with significant experience. Additionally, tips can considerably enhance a bartender’s total earnings, especially in a convention center setting where large events may yield higher volume. Overall, while this rate might attract applicants, it could be less appealing in a competitive labor market where higher wages are becoming more common.

The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional service in beverage preparation and distribution, encompassing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. The ideal candidate will possess a personable demeanor, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
