We are seeking a Line Cook who shares our passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will play a vital role in ensuring every dish meets our high-quality standards while showcasing your commitment to culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation adheres to standards and is visually appealing to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management when additional preparation is required.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times, service-related issues, and other concerns as they arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, upholding proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a line cook is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
