– Greet all studio visitors with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
– Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to potential clients during introductory sessions
– Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and assisting members
– Conduct engaging studio tours
– Collaborate with trainers to guide newcomers through their initial Orangetheory workout
– Sell memberships to support the studio’s growth
– Follow up with prospective clients
– Address member concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for resolution
– Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives
