Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated individual for a pivotal role within our expanding company. At Environment Control, we take pride in our commitment to quality, backed by over 50 years of experience in the building maintenance industry.
We currently have a Part-Time Daytime Cleaning Floater position available in the South Dayton Area, which includes Miamisburg, Centerville, Kettering, Moraine, Downtown, Vandalia, and Huber. The role of a floater is to provide coverage for open accounts, ensuring that our customers receive consistent service on scheduled days.
The scope of our work typically encompasses cleaning a variety of locations, including offices, medical facilities, banks, private offices, libraries, and government buildings, among others. Candidates must be available to work Monday through Friday for approximately 3 to 4 hours per day (15 to 20 hours per week) within the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.
We provide comprehensive training and all necessary supplies. Key cleaning duties include sweeping and mopping, emptying trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, and vacuuming, among other tasks. The compensation for this position is $15.00 per hour.
