Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver
Company: Senior Helpers
Location: Ann Arbor, MI
Pay: $16.5 – 30 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.50 to $30 for a caregiver role in Ann Arbor, MI, appears to be within the competitive range for this occupation, although it can vary based on experience, qualifications, and the specific demands of the job. As of late 2023, the average hourly wage for caregivers in Michigan generally falls between $13 and $20, with higher pay rates typically associated with specialized skills or certifications, such as certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Therefore, while the lower end of the pay scale is slightly above the state average, the upper end can be seen as competitive, particularly in a college town like Ann Arbor, where living costs may influence wages. Overall, this range aligns fairly well with industry standards, particularly if the role requires advanced competencies or offers additional responsibilities.
