Job description:

We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by delivering exceptional in-home care characterized by empathy, excellence, and integrity.

New employees will be eligible for a signing bonus of $500 after their first 500 hours worked, in addition to bonus incentives ranging from $150 to $300. We also provide Pay Active for pay advances.

Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, your primary role will involve offering companionship and personal care assistance, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Providing social companionship
  • Supporting a variety of daily living tasks and reminders
  • Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Assisting with personal hygiene
  • Ensuring overnight safety assistance

Qualifications

  • No healthcare certification is required
  • A compassionate disposition towards older adults
  • A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel up to 15 miles for scheduled shifts
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
  • Daily access to email, the internet, and a mobile phone
