Job Title: Sales Manager

Pay: $20 – 25 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $20 to $25 for a Sales Manager role in Dublin, OH, appears to be below the industry standards for this position. Typically, Sales Managers in the United States earn between $60,000 to $130,000 annually, translating to roughly $28 to $63 per hour, depending on their experience and the size of the company. In Dublin, a suburban area of Columbus, the cost of living is moderate but generally aligns with national averages, suggesting that the offered hourly rate may not be competitive enough to attract experienced candidates in the field.
