Immediately hiring Part-Time Customer Service Representatives!

At Clementine, our dedicated Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in delivering essential services and achieving outstanding outcomes for our clients and the individuals who rely on them. As a member of our team, your exemplary customer service and communication skills will foster positive experiences for our customers. Your punctuality and reliability are crucial to the success of our clients. While prior customer service experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement.

This is an in-office position. Your responsibilities will include professionally handling incoming calls, greeting callers, providing and requesting necessary information, transferring calls, or taking messages as required. You will operate within our advanced call processing system and receive training on various call center tools to effectively prioritize customer needs. Please note that we are an inbound call center only; we do not engage in outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

– A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
– A strong command of the English language, including good spelling and grammar
– Competence in a Windows-based environment
– Excellent attendance
– The ability to type at least 35 words per minute

Compensation: $18 per hour for those with perfect attendance. Perfect attendance is defined as being on time for the start of your shift, returning promptly from breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned hours. Compensation without perfect attendance is $15 per hour.

Shifts Offered:

– Part-time (16-24 hours per week)
– Various schedules available
– Must be available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week

Training will last approximately one week, after which you will transition to your fixed schedule in the second week.
