WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

As part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

– Creating a warm and inviting environment, ensuring your residents feel comfortable from admission to discharge.
– Advocating for your residents throughout every stage of their care, consistently going above and beyond to meet their needs.
– Developing personalized care plans tailored to each resident based on your observations and expertise.
– Acting swiftly and calmly in emergency situations to implement life-saving measures, with or without physician involvement, always prioritizing the wellbeing of your residents.
– Managing medication administration and maintaining meticulous records of the care provided.
