Job description:

As a part-time associate, you will be responsible for sampling products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. In this role, Product Demonstrators have the exciting opportunity to introduce customers to new and compelling items and brands through product tasting events, sampling, and demonstrations. While experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstration, brand ambassadorship, or brand advocacy is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to effectively communicate essential information about products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards during the preparation of samples, including cooking, processing, plating, and serving.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve product sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be at least 16 years of age (those working with alcohol and production must be 18 or older).
• Availability for weekends (Friday to Sunday) is preferred; opportunities for holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
• Reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on workdays is required.
• Competence in the safe use of kitchen appliances (microwave, toaster oven, hot plate) is essential.
