Job Title: Housekeeper

Company: Days Inn Belmont

Location: Belmont, OH

Pay: $11.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $11.50 for a Housekeeper in Belmont, OH, appears to be below the average industry standard for this role. According to recent data, housekeeping jobs typically pay between $12 to $18 per hour, depending on experience and specific job requirements, with higher wages often found in urban areas or for specialized housekeeping positions. Given that Belmont is a relatively small and less urbanized location, the wage may be somewhat reflective of the local cost of living; however, it may still struggle to attract candidates when compared to neighboring regions or sectors that offer more competitive wages. Overall, the rate may require adjustment to ensure better recruitment and retention of qualified staff in this role.
