Expedient is seeking a motivated individual for an on-site, entry-level position that serves as a gateway to accelerated learning, promotion, and career advancement. The IT Support Associate will be part of our Operations Support Center (OSC) team located in our Dublin/Columbus, Ohio data center. This role includes comprehensive training that is fully funded, providing hands-on experience with various technical platforms such as virtualization technology, networking, data protection, Windows, disaster recovery, Linux/Unix, and infrastructure.

Candidates must demonstrate some prior exposure to IT and technology; acceptable experiences may include self-directed study, technical school background, or relevant work experience. However, comprehensive on-the-job training will cover both the specific technologies utilized at Expedient and fundamental competencies in managing basic support requests, monitoring operations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Schedule and Shift Premium: This role entails a consistent schedule running from Sunday to Tuesday, with alternating Wednesdays, from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM local time. An additional financial incentive will be awarded upon successful completion of the initial training program. Furthermore, all 12-hour shifts include fully paid lunch breaks.

Professional Development & Training: Expedient places a strong emphasis on professional development and education. We cover the upfront costs for our IT Support Associates to obtain relevant technical certifications, including CompTIA, A+, Network+, and others. Higher-level certifications that are more challenging to achieve come with associated bonuses upon completion.

Rate of Pay: The hourly wage is predominantly determined by your technical knowledge, work experience, and/or academic accomplishments. Responsibilities:
