Job Description
Job Title: Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder – $15/Hour
Company: Cintas
Location: Lansing, MI
Pay: $15 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for the role of “Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder” in Lansing, MI, is somewhat below the national average for similar positions, which typically range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on factors like experience, job complexity, and local cost of living. While it may be competitive for entry-level positions or in areas with lower costs of living, it may not sufficiently attract talent in a market where wages are gradually increasing due to labor shortages. Additionally, considering inflation and rising living costs, employers might need to adjust compensation packages to remain appealing. Overall, this rate may require reevaluation to remain competitive with industry standards and retain quality workers.
