POSITION SUMMARY: As an Outfitter at Sleep Outfitters, you will enjoy uncapped earning potential and numerous opportunities for career advancement while becoming an expert in sleep solutions. Pay Range: $40,000 – $75,000

What You’ll Do:
– Provide outstanding Guest service and cultivate a loyal client base by forging lasting relationships with every Guest.
– Meet and exceed sales targets through the effective use of our proprietary Personal Sleep Profile, assessing needs and making tailored recommendations.
– Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively present them to customers and drive sales.
– Maintain a clean and inviting store environment that enhances the overall Guest experience.
– Participate in community engagement efforts to raise awareness about the significance of sleep and how Sleep Outfitters can assist.
– Execute company initiatives and exemplify our core values in all interactions with Guests and fellow Outfitters.
– Perform additional duties as assigned.
