Caregiver Job Responsibilities Include:

– Providing caring companionship and engaging conversation.
– Assisting with incidental transportation.
– Performing errands and shopping for clients.
– Supporting light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
– Offering specialized care for dementia and Alzheimer’s patients, ALS, and Parkinson’s disease.
– Assisting with personal care, including bathing and incontinence.
– Safely conducting transfers using Hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Requirements for Successful Candidates:

– Compassionate, reliable, friendly, and patient demeanor.
– Ability to pass a complete criminal background check and DMV record check.
– Reliable transportation.
– Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and registration.
– Current TB test (can be completed after the interview).
– Punctuality and reliability in attending scheduled shifts.
