As a team member, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee a dedicated team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt and courteous service while promoting our loyalty programs. By leading through example, you will engage with customers and uphold a clean, organized store atmosphere, embodying outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive experience for both internal and external customers.
- Uphold a culture of honesty and integrity, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Take an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front-end operations.
- Coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs.
- Assign registers, respond to POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for all Associates.
- Address customer concerns and issues swiftly to ensure a favorable customer experience.
- Ensure Associates execute their tasks according to the store plan and prioritize as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with management and Associates regarding priorities and provide progress updates.
- Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with management to identify Associate training needs for enhanced effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Support and participate in initiatives aimed at reducing store shrink.
- Promote safety awareness and help maintain a secure store environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

- A solid understanding of merchandising techniques.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Capability to train and guide others.
- At least 1 year of retail experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a leadership role.

This position offers a starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual pay will be determined based on various factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
