The Opportunity:
We are in search of a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Administrator to become an integral member of our dynamic team. This position entails the ongoing administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform to fulfill our organization’s IT Service Management (ITSM) requirements. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and security of our ServiceNow instance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and maintain the ServiceNow platform, performing configuration, customization, and administration tasks.
– Design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and functionalities within ServiceNow to enhance business processes and workflows.
– Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
– Configure and integrate ServiceNow with various third-party applications and systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
– Execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in accordance with industry best practices and company policies.
– Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal uptime and availability.
– Create and sustain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, process workflows, and configuration details.
– Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to other technical team members.
– Stay current with emerging ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
– Collaborate with the IT security team to implement and maintain robust security controls, access protocols, and compliance standards within the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:
– A minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, demonstrating a successful track record in platform implementations and ongoing support.
– Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required. Additional certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), are advantageous.
– In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and functionalities, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Reporting; experience with recent ServiceNow releases is preferred.
– Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, frameworks, and best practices (ITIL).
– Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies essential for ServiceNow customization and development.
– Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
– Excellently developed analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
– Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
– Proven capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Compensation:
