Basic Function:

Under general supervision, this role entails opening and closing the hotel bar for guests in accordance with our company policies and procedures. You will maintain cleanliness and organization in the food preparation and bar areas while providing excellent service to guests. It is imperative to uphold a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality that embodies the Drury culture with both customers and colleagues.
