Job Title: Facilities Technician – Hampton Inn Holland

Company: Suburban Inns

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, the hourly rate of $17 for a Facilities Technician position at the Hampton Inn in Holland, MI, is somewhat below the average competitive wage for similar roles in the hospitality and maintenance sectors. While entry-level positions or those in smaller markets may offer rates around this figure, many facilities technicians, depending on their experience level and specific responsibilities, generally earn between $18 to $25 per hour in the Midwest. Factors such as local cost of living, the specific requirements of the job, and company benefits might influence the overall competitiveness of this rate. Therefore, while $17/hour may attract candidates, it may undercut attracting experienced talent or lead to higher turnover in the role.
