Position Overview:
We seek team members with the versatility to work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End support. This role is based at our location in West Chester, situated at 7720 Voice of America Centre Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069. The hourly wage for this position ranges from $10.53 to $14.74.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver outstanding guest service, which encompasses:
- Engaging with guests to understand their preferences and assist in creating their meal solutions
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and weekly promotions across the store, collaborating with colleagues to support guests
- Enhancing the shopping experience by effectively merchandising and stocking products and specialty items while ensuring nearby guests receive assistance
- Collecting shopping carts from the parking area and performing general housekeeping tasks within the store
- Presenting oneself in a professional manner, including adherence to uniform standards
