We are currently seeking enthusiastic, positive, and sales-driven professionals for our Auburn Hills Costco location. As a brand ambassador, you will have the exciting opportunity to promote and sell high-quality nutritional supplements, including those offered by Qunol and Zena, such as Liquid Collagen and Super Greens.

Representatives will receive training to effectively promote sales while demonstrating the features, benefits, and value of our highly sought-after products, including Super Greens, Liquid Collagen, CoQ10, and various Turmeric items.

Available Demo Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM, with all days available for shifts. Saturdays and Sundays are particularly lucrative commission days. This role is ideally suited for individuals looking to supplement their income through part-time work.

Compensation:

• Starting pay is $25 per hour, with additional bonuses based on exceeding sales targets.
• W-2 Employment status.
• We provide a promotional kit and offer bi-weekly pay via direct deposit.
• On average, our brand ambassadors earn between $200 and $300 per day, with top performers making $500 or more daily.

Bonus Structure:
Sales representatives have the opportunity to increase their earnings significantly through our bonus program based on product sales during shifts, which run from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Below is a breakdown of potential commissions:

• For every 30 units of Super Greens sold, earn $90 in commission.
• For every 20 units of Liquid Collagen sold, earn $60 in commission.
• For every 5 units of Liquid CoQ10 sold (not on sale), earn $15 in commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.
• Maintain a professional and competent demeanor while representing the company within Costco.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.
• Regularly check for communications from your manager regarding scheduling and other essential messages.
• Attend regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with your team and/or regional manager.
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying a 2’ x 4’ folding table (approximately 20 pounds) from the parking lot to the store and back at the end of the shift. You must also transport products, demonstration supplies, and sales materials.
• Maintain the ability to stand for extended periods.
• Work independently without direct supervision as the sole team member at the location.

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality and the ability to engage with customers.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in direct sales is preferred.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills, along with email proficiency.
