Job Title: Processor and Retail Stock Associate

Company: Goodwill Industries

Location: Uniontown, OH

Pay: $13 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $13 for a “Processor and Retail Stock Associate” in Uniontown, OH, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to the industry standards for similar roles in retail and warehouse positions. As of late 2023, typical hourly wages for such roles in the U.S. generally range from $14 to $18 per hour, depending on factors such as the company, specific responsibilities, and local demand. Given Uniontown’s relatively low cost of living, the wage may be somewhat acceptable, but it may not be particularly competitive, especially considering the potential for higher pay in nearby urban areas or larger retail chains. Overall, while $13 may suffice for entry-level positions, it could be a deterrent for attracting experienced candidates or retaining staff in a competitive job market.
