Signature Retail Services is seeking a dynamic Overnight Reset Merchandising Team Lead to join our traveling team. This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $23.00 to $27.00, commensurate with experience.

Position Responsibilities:
– Oversee reset projects at various retail locations, ensuring the execution of merchandising plans aligns with company standards.
– Lead and mentor a team of 5 to 15 merchandisers by providing direction, support, and on-the-job training to achieve project objectives efficiently.
– Ensure the accurate implementation of planograms, resets, and fixture installations, adhering to the store’s layout and operational standards.
– Manage the installation of shelving, racking, and displays, verifying that all components are correctly assembled and positioned.
– Organize and oversee product stock throughout the reset process, ensuring proper inventory placement at all times.
– Collaborate closely with store management and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and effectively address challenges.
– Travel to project sites within your state and surrounding areas as required by project timelines and needs.
– Conduct final inspections of merchandising resets to ensure compliance with both company and store standards.
– Provide daily updates to management regarding project progress, challenges, and team performance.

Minimum Requirements:
– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– Ability to travel within your state and neighboring areas to complete store remodels, fixture installations, resets, and merchandising tasks, with weekends spent at home.
– Access to a personal vehicle and a smartphone equipped with internet, voice, and text capabilities for reporting purposes.
– Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance coverage.
– A minimum of two years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a Reset Merchandising or Construction Labor role, overseeing teams of up to 15 employees.
– Previous merchandising and reset experience at major retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Ace Hardware, Walmart, or Target is advantageous.
– Proven experience in setting products to planograms, interpreting blueprints, installing signage, constructing displays, applying price labels, and providing daily progress reports.
– A personable and professional demeanor when interacting with clients, customers, and team members.
– The position requires physical activity, including lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
– Regular lifting of 60+ pounds without assistance throughout the shift is expected.
