Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with their care needs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting
  • Encourage resident involvement in community activities
  • Maintain a clean environment through light housekeeping duties
  • Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and communicate findings promptly to supervisors
  • Complete all required documentation and charting accurately
  • Interact professionally with families, support services, and coworkers

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience working with the elderly is preferred
