Job description:
We are actively seeking a dedicated CDL A truck driver to become a valued member of our family-owned business, known for maintaining one of the industry’s lowest turnover rates. This position involves transporting no-touch freight, primarily through drop and hook loads. We offer an attractive sign-on bonus, $1,000 for orientation pay, and competitive weekly earnings ranging between $1,300 and $1,500, backed by a minimum pay program to ensure consistent compensation.

As part of this role, drivers will be on the road for two-week intervals, with scheduled home time every other week. While we strive to align home time with weekends, please note that weekend returns are not guaranteed. The pay structure allows for flexibility, offering you the choice between CPM or a percentage of load pay, with calculations that guarantee receiving the highest possible rate.

Your primary responsibility will involve hauling general freight in dry van trailers across all 48 states, with a focus on maximizing efficiency through the majority of drop and hook loads. Upon completion of your orientation, you will have access to state-of-the-art equipment, including Freightliner Coronado/122SD, Freightliner Cascadia/Evolution, Volvo VN780, Volvo VNL860, and Peterbilt 579—all equipped with APU and Inverter.

We take care of your needs from the start to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Travel arrangements, whether by flight or rental car, accommodations for a single individual, and meals during orientation are all provided. You are welcome to bring along a spouse or pet, thanks to our inclusive rider and pet policies. Orientation pay is set at $1,000, which will be included in your first paycheck.

To qualify, applicants must possess a valid CDL A license, a current DOT medical card, and have either six months of experience within the last 24 months or one year of experience within the last 36 months operating a tractor with a trailer of 40 feet or longer.
