Job Title: Cleaning Service Partner-Van Wert

Company: ServiceMaster

Location: Van Wert, OH

Pay: $14 – 15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14 to $15 for a “Cleaning Service Partner” in Van Wert, OH, is generally in line with industry standards for entry-level cleaning positions in the region, though it may be slightly lower than average. According to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, as of 2021, the median hourly wage for janitors and cleaners in Ohio ranged from approximately $13 to $16 per hour, varying by factors such as experience, employer type, and specific job responsibilities. Additionally, local cost-of-living considerations, including housing and transportation expenses, suggest that while the offered rate may attract entry-level candidates, it might struggle to retain experienced staff or appeal in a competitive job market with rising wages in many sectors. Therefore, while the pay is competitive for entry-level roles, employers may need to consider adjustments or additional benefits to enhance retention and attract quality candidates.
