Requirements:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and Aqua-Tots procedures
- Participate in monthly in-service training sessions
- Track students’ swimming progress across various levels
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Commitment to 4-6 hour teaching shifts, instructing 8 to 9 classes back-to-back
- Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 AM to 3 PM (Saturday or Sunday)

Role Overview:
As a Swim Instructor, you will make a significant difference in the lives of our students daily. Additionally, you will ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area and maintain a clean, organized teaching space. While prior teaching experience is not required, a passion for swimming, a positive demeanor, and the ability to connect with children are essential for success in this role.
