Currently, we are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions for second and third shifts, specifically from 3 PM to 11 PM and 11 PM to 7 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with care needs, including dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting

• Observe and report any changes in resident condition promptly to a supervisor
• Complete all necessary documentation and charting accurately
• Communicate professionally with families, support services, and colleagues
• Adhere to safety and health standards, including infection control procedures
• Support team members in their duties
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience working with the elderly is preferred
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation is necessary
