Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver, 2nd and 3rd shifts
Company: Homestead
Location: West Olive, MI
Pay: $16.85 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: As of October 2023, an hourly rate of $16.85 for a “Caregiver, 2nd and 3rd shifts” role in West Olive, MI, appears to be slightly below the average pay for similar positions in the region. Typically, caregiver wages in Michigan range from approximately $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, specific duties, and the employer. In many cases, positions requiring later shifts may offer a premium, which can further impact competitiveness. Additionally, factors such as local cost of living and demand for caregivers should be considered, but overall, this rate may not attract sufficient candidates given the ongoing challenges in the caregiving industry concerning pay and working conditions.
