Job Title: Barista, The Market – Hilton Columbus Downtown

Company: Hilton

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a Barista position at The Market in Hilton Columbus Downtown is considered slightly below the industry standard for similar roles in that location. As of 2023, baristas in Columbus typically earn between $15 and $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities, with many establishments also offering tips that can significantly increase overall earnings. Given the cost of living in Columbus and market trends, while the $15 rate may attract entry-level candidates, it may be less competitive for attracting experienced baristas unless supplemented by additional benefits or incentives.
