Requirements:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
• Attend monthly in-service training sessions
• Track student swim progression across levels
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Conduct 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 back-to-back classes
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 AM to 3 PM (Saturday or Sunday)

Role Overview:
As a Swim Instructor, you will have the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of our students every day. Daily tasks will encompass creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting both group and individual lessons, and providing constructive feedback to students and their parents. You will also ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area and maintain a clean and organized instructional environment.

No prior experience is needed, as we provide comprehensive training for all new instructors. However, a passion for swimming, a positive attitude, and an ability to work effectively with children are essential for success in this role.
