Job Title: Front Desk

Company: Aimbridge Hospitality

Location: Belmont, OH

Pay: $11.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $11.50 for a “Front Desk” position in Belmont, OH, is generally considered below the competitive standard for this type of role. According to data from various job market sources, average hourly rates for front desk positions in similar regions typically range from $12 to $16, with higher wages often observed in locations with a higher cost of living or in industries that demand more specialized skills. Given Belmont’s relatively low cost of living, while the $11.50 rate may be acceptable for entry-level positions, it may not adequately attract qualified candidates or retain staff in the long run, suggesting a need for potential adjustment to remain competitive in the local labor market.
