Morrison Living is seeking qualified candidates for part-time Food Service Worker positions, with immediate hiring available.

• Location: Lenawee Medical Facility, 200 Sand Creek Highway, Adrian, MI 49221.
• Schedule: Part-time shifts with varied days and hours; weekends on a rotating basis. Additional details regarding the schedule will be provided during the interview.
• Requirements: Previous food service experience is preferred but not mandatory; we are happy to provide training.
• Pay Rate: $15.25 per hour.

Job Summary: The Food Service Worker is responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform food preparation tasks including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Accurately weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Safely transport pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, the stove, and the refrigerator.
• Store food in designated areas while adhering to wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required.
• Follow approved food recipes and production standards to ensure quality, appropriate serving temperatures, and portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, adhering to established service protocols.
• Address customer concerns and communicate relevant information to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, as well as inventory and cash control procedures.
• Uphold sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
