Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Achieve sales targets through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supply sales.
  • Assist new customers with rental processes and agreements.
  • Maintain clean and orderly facilities through tasks such as sweeping and changing light bulbs.
  • Work independently on daily assignments while collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Perform errands for the facility and travel to other store locations as necessary.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of customer-facing work experience.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • A current, valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (exceptions apply in NYC).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
