Job Summary:
This is a part-time position requiring availability for one weekend day, with shifts scheduled from 6 AM to 2 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, prospective members, and guests.
– Manage all front desk activities, including but not limited to:
– Answering phone calls in a friendly manner and assisting callers with various inquiries.
– Checking IDs and member barcodes into the system.
– Facilitating new member sign-ups.
– Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
– Updating member accounts as needed.
– Addressing member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Assistant Club Manager when necessary.
– Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
– Monitoring safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.
– Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
– Restocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
– Reporting any broken or missing amenities or equipment (e.g., toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
– Following the “Lost and Found Policy” and promptly turning in lost member property to the Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:
– Preferred background in customer service.
– Basic proficiency in computer skills.

– Punctuality and reliability are essential.
– Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers, exceeding member expectations.
