Requirements:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
• Attend monthly in-service training
• Track student swim progression across various skill levels
• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
• Ability to lead 4-6 hour shifts, teaching 8 to 9 classes back-to-back
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM (Saturday or Sunday)

What Does a Swim Instructor Do?
In this role, you will have the chance to make a daily impact on the lives of our students. Your responsibilities will include teaching swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop vital water safety skills and improve their swimming abilities. Day-to-day duties will consist of creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting both group and individual lessons, and providing constructive feedback to students and their parents.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of all participants in the pool area and maintaining a clean and organized teaching environment. While no prior teaching experience is required, a passion for swimming, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with children are essential for success in this role.
