Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 7:30 AM until completion of delivery routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers, adhering to scheduled delivery times.
  • Unload products from the trailer using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or manually, and place items in the designated storage areas.
  • Verify the accuracy of deliveries with customers and secure appropriate signatures.
  • Handle collections and payments from customers as needed.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to enhance client relationships.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment before and after trips.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull between 20 to 80+ lbs. of products repeatedly throughout each shift.
  • Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions, with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license issued by the state of residence, with necessary endorsements.
  • Must pass a DOT physical and pre-employment testing, including drug screening and background checks.
  • No more than two traffic violation convictions in the past two years; no DUI convictions in three years; no driver’s license suspensions in three years.
  • Previous commercial or professional driving experience is not required, but one year of multi-stop delivery experience or six months of local delivery and/or foodservice experience is preferred.
  • Experience with hand cart deliveries is a plus.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to service customers.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English concerning job duties and safety regulations.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
