Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses in assessing patients
  • Administer medications and monitor patients to ensure they do not experience adverse reactions
  • Conduct routine lab tests and provide therapeutic services
  • Educate patients and their families on recommended treatment plans, self-care post-discharge, holistic health needs, resources available, and follow-up care
  • Identify safety hazards and emergency situations, taking appropriate corrective actions

Qualifications:
We welcome candidates who possess the following:

  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or job transfer date
  • Valid Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire date or job transfer date
  • High school diploma or GED
