Job Summary
As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for the effective operation of the assigned concession stand and supervising the staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sell concessions, including soft drinks and food items, to patrons at various events.
  • Handle monetary transactions, ensuring accurate change is provided to customers.
  • Monitor the cash drawer to maintain sufficient change.
  • Conduct inventory assessments of supplies and equipment, ensuring stock levels meet operational requirements.
  • Train and mentor stand attendants.
  • Ensure compliance with timekeeping accuracy and adherence to OSHA and Health Department regulations.
  • Uphold professionalism and contribute positively to team dynamics with customers and colleagues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
