Your responsibilities will include providing a broad spectrum of services, ranging from basic companion care—such as light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, and meal preparation—to more personal care tasks, including incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing. Caregivers may work flexible shifts from 1 to 24 hours, including weekends, evenings, and mornings.

We offer competitive compensation at $14 per hour, along with monthly scheduling that allows you to select hours that suit your availability. Additionally, we provide ongoing training opportunities, both quarterly and personalized, ensuring you feel confident and prepared in your role.

Additional requirements include:
– A minimum of one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
– A proven record of excellent attendance
– Proficiency in English with outstanding communication skills
– Two references are required
– Direct deposit must be set up to a bank account or prepaid card
– Ability to pass a background check
– CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training are advantageous
– Current car insurance
