Job Title: Med Tech

Company: Golden Orchards

Location: Holland, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a “Med Tech” role in Holland, MI, appears to be on the lower end compared to industry standards. According to recent data, the average hourly wage for medical technicians in Michigan generally ranges from $16 to $24, depending on experience, certifications, and specific job responsibilities. Given the cost of living in Holland and the rising demand for healthcare professionals, this rate may not be competitive enough to attract qualified candidates. Therefore, employers may need to consider adjusting the pay to align better with market expectations and to retain talent effectively.
